CALL FOR PAPERS

The fifth International Conference on Digital Economy (ICDEc) will be held in Bucharest (Romania) from June 11th to 13th 2020.

The purpose of the Conference is to promote innovative research that highlights the impact of emerging technologies on Business, Management and Economy.

The conference team invites researchers from the whole World to submit contributing papers, case studies and special topic session proposals. Submissions should focus on technological or business/economic concerns.

Topics

Emerging technologies: Web Intelligence Technologies, Big Data and Data Science, Knowledge Discovery and Management, Intelligent Agent Systems, Web Security, uncertainty management etc.

Business innovation: Digital transformation processes in the private and public sectors, E-Governance, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, E-Finance, E-Learning and Cloud Education, E- Health, Communication style in the digital age, etc.

Types of contributions

Full papers (up to 14 pages), Short papers (up to 6 pages), Demo/case studies papers (up to 6 pages) and Posters.

Publication

All accepted and presented contributions will be submitted for inclusion in a Springer LNBIP volume. Conference proceedings of ICDEc 2017, 2018 and 2019 are already available in the digital library of Springer.

IMPORTANT DATES

Deadline of paper submission: February 16th, 2020

Notification of acceptance and reviewing report: April 5th, 2020

Deadline of final version submission: April 19th, 2020

Deadline for early birds registration: April 26th, 2020

Deadline for late registration: May 17th, 2020

Conference date: June 11th-13th, 2020

Submission Information

Researchers are invited to submit scientific papers. Submitted papers are selected based on their originality, relevance to the conference topics and technical soundness, based on a double blind peer-reviewing process. One of the authors of an accepted submission should attend the conference to present the work. Papers should be submitted in PDF format through the Easy- Chair system.
