
British Council_Invitation to "ChatGPT, AI and Learning in Higher Education", Wednesday 5th July, 18:30
We are delighted to invite you and your students to join us in our Hub Space at Calea Dorobanti 14 to hear presentations by London School of Economics experts on Wednesday 5th July at 18:30.
- Professor Emma McCoy(Vice President for Education) will be talking about ChatGPT, AI and what these mean for higher education.
Emma is a Professor of Statistics and has advised the UK government on maths education in the National Curriculum. She was the first female professor of maths at another London institution, Imperial College.
- Professor Susana Mourato (Vice President for Research) will tell us about the L.S.E.’s engagement with Romania.
Susana is a professor of Environmental Economics at L.S.E. and also holds a leader position at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change. She is involved in Climate for Culture project, which investigates the effects of climate change on Europe’s historical building.
We will also be joined by some alumni of the L.S.E. and you will have the chance to chat with them and learn from their experiences.
