Note 1. Doctoral theses must be submitted to the ASE Central Library, Room 0207.
Note 2. Annex 19 – Declaration on the Options for Publishing the Doctoral Thesis – refers to Order no. 3020/2024 regarding the Framework Regulation on Doctoral Studies (Art. 22 – para. 1):
(15) If the doctoral student opts for the separate publication of the doctoral thesis or of certain chapters from it, a grace period of up to 24 months is granted for this publication, during which time the digital version of the doctoral thesis remains inaccessible to the public. After the expiration of the grace period, if no notification regarding the separate publication of the thesis has been uploaded on the platform managed by UEFISCDI, the digital document automatically becomes publicly accessible, with the assignment of a copyright protection license.
Note 3. Attention! The steps outlined in the Methodology for submitting the doctoral thesis defense file must be followed.
The pre-defense of the thesis before the Guidance and Academic Integrity Committee may take place only after DMCI issues the certificates regarding the plagiarism check and the fulfillment of the minimum criteria for defense.
