About the Portal

For 1st and 2nd year students, a new reporting platform is available  which can be found here: Doctorate – Sign In The account and password are those from the admission process (or the one later modified when submitting the papers from the common modules).  These are different from IDM/email (webstudent, online.ase.ro). The guide for submitting progress reports on the new platform can be found here.

Year 3 and 4 students use the old platform, which they used in previous years – old portal

The old platform tutorial can be found here. The password can be reset here. To be able to upload the signed PDF, you must first fill in the rest of the information, according to the tutorial. If certain options don’t work for you, try from a different browser, computer, or internet connection.

Progress Report Submission Period (Academic Year 2025–2026):

For Years I, II, and III

  • May 4, 2026 – May 22, 2026 – Online submission of progress reports
  • May 25, 2026 – June 12, 2026 – Evaluation

Re-evaluation session

  • June 15, 2026 – June 26, 2026 – Submission/Resubmission of progress reports
  • June 29, 2026 – July 3, 2026 – Evaluation

For Year IV (for students whose doctoral program has been extended from 3 to 4 years)

  • February 16, 2026 – February 27, 2026 – Online submission of progress reports
  • March 2, 2026 – March 13, 2026 – Evaluation

Re-evaluation session

  • March 23, 2026 – March 27, 2026 – Online submission of progress reports
  • March 30, 2026 – April 3, 2026 – Evaluation
Note: Progress reports must be submitted with the approval of the academic supervisor. Please adhere strictly to the schedule. Failure to pass the progress reports (by receiving a failed grade or by absence) at the end of the re-evaluation session will result in the expulsion of the doctoral student.
