- Enrollment platform (It will open on November 5, 2025. If you have an account from a previous admission session you will have to create a new one using ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. The enrollment file can only be completed between November 5 and November 6, 2025 (until 4:00 PM on November 6). Incomplete or unfinished files after 4:01 PM on November 6, 2025, will not be taken into consideration.)
1. Regulation for the organization and conduct of admission to doctoral studies 2025 – 2026 – In November Session, there are only places available for non EU candidates.

Distribution of seats financed from the state budget and those paying tuition fee 2025 – 2026 – All positions announced for the November session are for the scientific doctorate program, full-time, tuition-based, for CPV (only for the non EU foreign candidates) or in accordance with the letters of acceptance from the ministry.
