On behalf of the Faculty of Economics at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, I am pleased to invite your PhD students to our Summer School 2026: Research Methods in Economics & Business, which will take place on 10–12 June 2026 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
The summer school is designed for doctoral students in economics, finance, and related fields, and will focus on:
- Econometrics (Dr. Ioanna Stylianou, SUNY Plattsburgh)
· Systematic Literature Review (Prof. Michael Christofi, Cyprus University of Technology)
The programme aims to support PhD students in strengthening their methodological skills and advancing their research towards high-quality academic publication.
Participation fee is €300, which includes teaching materials, lunches, refreshments, and social events. Please note that the number of participants is limited to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning environment, so early interest is highly encouraged.
